NextBite helps you capture meal photos, estimate calories and nutrients, record meals, review trends, and receive practical food suggestions. Some features may use optional Apple Health data or a backend analysis service when you choose to use them.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Use NextBite lawfully and for personal wellness purposes.
- Provide accurate profile and preference information when creating or updating your plan.
- Review and correct scan results before relying on them.
- Do not use NextBite for diagnosis, emergency response, or dangerous dietary restriction.
3. Estimates and Limitations
Food recognition, portion size, calories, nutrients, and recommendations are estimates. Hidden ingredients, sauces, mixed dishes, and portion differences can reduce accuracy. You are responsible for deciding how to use the results and for seeking professional advice when needed.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid features, trials, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store. The purchase terms shown at the time of purchase control. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
5. Availability and Changes
Features, limits, and pricing may change as NextBite improves. We may suspend or limit access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
NextBite, its design, brand assets, software, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
