This Privacy Policy explains how JobReply collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the JobReply mobile application and related services. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the JobReply mobile app, related paywall and subscription flows, and connected support or service operations. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own privacy notices, including Apple’s App Store services or other external websites and platforms we do not control.
Depending on how you use JobReply, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
We may use information we collect or process to:
JobReply may process the content you submit through backend systems and configured third-party infrastructure in order to generate drafts or support product functionality. The mobile app itself does not store service API keys on your device for these operations.
Because the service is designed to assist with communication drafting, submitted content may include salary expectations, work authorization details, scheduling availability, resume facts, company names, or offer information. You should only provide content you are comfortable processing through the service and should always review output before relying on it.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
We do not needlessly disclose the content of your communications beyond what is reasonably required to operate the service.
Purchases are processed by Apple and may be operationally supported by RevenueCat. We may receive subscription-related metadata such as product IDs, entitlement status, expiration details, and transaction identifiers so that we can unlock Pro access, restore purchases, verify service levels, and support account continuity on the device.
We do not directly process your full payment card number through the mobile app. Billing and refunds are generally governed by Apple’s systems and policies.
JobReply may retain data locally on your device for continuity of use. If backend sync or related service support is enabled, some data may also be retained on remote systems for the period reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain feature continuity, troubleshoot issues, enforce limits, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of data, your settings, whether the data is needed for an active feature, and legal or operational requirements. Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance records may be retained longer where required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on the product configuration and applicable law, you may be able to:
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain data where legally required or operationally necessary.
The current version of JobReply uses an anonymous identifier rather than requiring a mandatory user account. If account-based syncing or identity features are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
JobReply is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review and address the issue.
Depending on where you use the app and how our service providers operate, information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. By using JobReply, you understand that such processing may occur subject to the safeguards and practices described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the "Last Updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
